Imagine peace in Viðey Island. Sunday 28 November 4-6 p.m.

An open arts workshop for kids and adults will be held at Viðeyjarstofa (in Viðey island). The theme of the workshop is based on Yoko Ono´s Imagine Peace Tower, and the words IMAGINE PEACE.

AlmaDís Kristinsdóttir project leader at Reykjavík Art Museum will be overseeing the workshop. This is a perfect opportunity for family and friends to get creative and enjoy peace and togetherness in a cosy environment. Emphasis will be placed on uniting friends and family as well as diversity and a moment of peace in beautiful surroundings.  

The ferry departs from Skarfabakki at:
13:15, 14:15 and 15:15 and from Viðey, every hour between 13:30-16:30.
The ferrytoll and admission fee is kr. 1000 for adults and kr. 500 for children.
The restaurant at Viðeyjarstofa offers cakes, pastry and drinks at a reasonable price.
