Symposium on Icelandic art critique and theory, Hafnarhus, Sunday 2 September 2-4 p.m.
The symposium is set to give insight to a research project where essays and writings on Icelandic art have been collected throughout the summers of 2011 and 2012. Made in collaboration with Reykjavik Art Museum, National Gallery of Iceland, Iceland Academy of the Arts, Art history and theory at the University of Iceland and The Icelandic Association for Art History and Aesthetics, the project is moderated by Jón Proppé and Aðalheiður L. Guðmundsdóttir.
PARTICIPANTS ARE: Aðalheiður L. Guðmundsdóttir, Bergdís Hörn Guðvarðardóttir, Berglind Helgadóttir, Halla Birgisdóttir, Halla Björk Kristjánsdóttir, Jón Proppé and Katrín I.J. Hjördísardóttir.
