Reykjavik Art Museum offers an introduction to the museum and guided tour through the exhibitons in Lithuanian, on the occasion of the exhibitions of Zilvinas Kempinas and Tomas Martišauskis in Hafnarhús. The guided tour is part of the project Reykjavik Safari Fokus.
Reykjavik Safari Fokus is a guided introduction in different languages to the cultural institutions of the city. It is an experimental project made in collaboration between the Reykjavik Art Museum, Reykjavik City Library, Reykjavik City Museum and Reykjavik Museum of Photography. The aim of Reykjavik Safari Fokus is to introduce different language groups in Iceland to the cities cultural institutions. The project is a platform for the immigrant communities, educational forums and cultural organizations to connect with one another and to create a cross-cultural dialogue through art and culture. each cultural institution invites one language group for an introduction and guided tour of its program.
The guided tour starts at 3.p.m and admission is free.
